FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

ORDERING FLOWERS

When ordering flowers there are a few things to consider when placing an order with a designer. Does the recipient have a favorite color palette that you wish to be included in your gift? Would you like your gift to be tall and have more presence, or would you like an arrangement that is low, lush, and compact? Our designers are always happy to advise you in creating the composition of your arrangement. Alternatively, you may want to ask for “designer’s choice arrangement”. A designer’s choice arrangement will include selections from our cooler that most appeal to his or her creativity that day. There is also some essential information that we need to complete your order in a timely manner. Please have a current delivery address address and telephone number for the recipient. It is equally important that we have a telephone number to contact you if we have questions. You will also be asked for a card message. Our designer will be happy to give you suggestions if you are stumped. Just remember, however, War & Peace doesn’t fit very well on 3″x5″ card!

DELIVERY

Arrangements for delivery start at $35 plus a $15 delivery fee for most areas of Park City (ZIP codes 84060 and 84098). Deliveries to The Colony, Promontory, and Deer Mountain are $20. We can usually arrange for same day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM Mountain Time. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times, but we cannot guarantee them. Please contact our talented staff for further information.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

We will do our best to maintain the style and color of an arrangement, however, because we are dealing with natural products there may be significant variations. We may have to substitute certain flowers due to seasonal and local availability. For arrangements consisting predominately of a single type of flower, we will inform you of the color choices we have available. Most containers pictured should be readily available, but during very busy times such as holidays, availability may be limited. Containers pictured in the Haute Couture collection may be one of a kind or available by special order only.

ROSE AND FLOWER CARE

Roses from Silver Cricket Floral Atelier will arrive with guard petals intact. These are the outer layers of petals which may be slightly misshapen and have color variations. If they are not too discolored or shriveled they can be a beautiful component of the rose. Moreover, there is evidence that their removal leaves a small opening which allows bacteria to enter, possibly shortening the life of the flower.

If a rose droops, remove it carefully from the arrangement, cut off at least 1 inch with a sharp, clean knife and return it immediately to its place.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our product we are unable to offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your arrangement please contact us within 72 hours of receipt and we will be happy to replace it.
